Photoinclusionproject Photography Services Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

1.1 A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% is required to secure the photography services provided by Photoinclusionproject for the specified date and time.

1.2 The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photo shoot/event.

1.3 Payment can be made by [accepted payment methods – credit card].

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

2.1 The retainer fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

2.2 In case of rescheduling, Servisolution will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

3. Copyright and Usage:

3.1 Servisolution retains the copyright to all images captured by Photoinclusionproject.

3.2 The client is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal purposes only.

3.3 Commercial use of the images requires written permission and may be subject to additional fees.

4. Image Delivery:

4.1 The final edited images will be delivered to the client within 2-5 days after the photo shoot/event.

4.2 Servisolution reserves the right to select and deliver only the best images from the session.

5. Client Cooperation:

5.1 The client agrees to cooperate and follow the photographer’s directions for a successful photo shoot.

5.2 Any delay or disruption caused by the client may result in reduced shooting time and quality of the final images.

6. Image Editing:

6.1 Basic image editing is included in the photography package.

6.2 Additional editing requests may be subject to additional fees.

7.  Liability:

7.1 Servisolution is not responsible for any damage to property or injury to individuals during the photo shoot/event.

7.2 The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the photo shoot location.

8. Force Majeure:

8.1 Servisolution is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, and equipment failure.

9. Governing Law:

9.1 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and Miami Dade County.

10. Agreement Acceptance:

10.1 By booking Servisolution’s photography services under the Photoinclusionproject, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
