This project is dedicated to everyone who can see the soul before the body and understands that the imperfect can be perfect depending on who is looking at it. The framing of your image is chosen only by you; it is your choice to see color, even if everything is gray.
If you are this person, I would like you to read on. Dear 911 parents… grandmothers and grandfathers, aunts and uncles, brothers and sisters, friends. You are probably wondering why I call us that. Simple, if you are in my group, you will know that we are always available, alert, focused, scared, stressed, and sleepy, but ready to handle the situation at full speed, even if we don’t have sirens. We often try to build an oasis in the middle of a desert, which is exhausting, but we are specialists in taking on challenges. How often have we heard the NO at the beginning of a story just beginning to be written? We do not want outside writers because we and only we are the owners of each page of our book, and we are also the protagonists. If even being the protagonist or being his mother has made you feel INVISIBLE, please let me change that with my camera. I promise I will use a wide aperture because no matter if everything in the the background is out of focus, I will make sure you are radiant, and I will capture your light even in the darkest places. We are looking for an inclusive approach, and I want all these children, adults, and seniors to be seen. I don’t want a bunch of perfect photos; I want pictures that provoke feelings, squeeze your soul, and move you. I want to visualize a reality that many ignore. If you have ever, as a parent, walked the long corridors of a hospital, your world changes, and so do you. Our first son changed our world, and between laughter and tears, we have walked a long way with him, coming to the conclusion that our son is a real magician. Suppose you also have a magician or a magician or both, and you want to capture in an image all your love. In that case, I want you to know that you can count on me because my priority would be to turn a section of photos into a magic show adapted to your situation and your family. It would be an honor to be the person behind the camera. We would work as a team and with all the empathy in the world to get the best results.
